OVERVIEW

I am excited to provide a hybrid photography and videography service for your wedding.

Our goal is to beautifully capture the essence of your special day through both stunning photographs and engaging video content.

DELIVERABLES

Photography:

  • Edited and color-corrected images delivered via digital gallery.

  • Raw photos will be provided on a 1TB SSD.

VIDEOGRAPHY:

  • A 3-5 minute highlight reel featuring the best moments of the day.

  • Full recordings of the ceremony and reception speeches.

  • Raw video footage will also be supplied on a 1TB SSD. 

SCHEDULE

We will be present to capture key moments throughout the day, starting with the first look at home, followed by the ceremony at the Royal Botanical Gardens, family and friend portraits, and concluding with the reception at The Sandbar. We will ensure to capture both candid moments and important milestones, including the cake cutting and first dance, while also being mindful of any opportunities for sunset and beach photos.

We’ll maintain open communication with you leading up to the wedding to ensure that all your preferences are met and to discuss any specific moments you would like highlighted.

This proposal outlines our approach to capturing your wedding while allowing for flexibility and creativity on the day. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or additional requests!

FEES

The total service fee for the bespoke coverage outlined, including up to 10 hours on site is $6,985 inclusive of GST.

A $1,000 deposit is payable to secure your date, remaining balance payable by your wedding date.

We accept all major credit cards (Amex / Visa / Master) with a 1.5% surcharge or 10% discount for cash payment

ADDITIONAL HOURS

If additional hours are required on the day of the event, they will be billed at $500 per hour, in half-hour increments.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Photos: You will receive your edited images via an online gallery within 4 weeks of your wedding day.

Highlight Video: The highlight video will be available within 12 weeks of your wedding day.
